Part Time Physiotherapist

Location: Wellspring Settlement – Wellspring Site, Beam Street (base) plus other centres across Bristol in future.

Payment: £37.50 per hour (£25 per 40 min treatment session)

Contract term: 5-7 treatment sessions per week, with the potential for more in 2024. Ongoing subject to continued funding

Wellspring Settlement are currently seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join the small multi-disciplinary team treating patients referred to the Physical Therapy Service. The Service is commissioned by Bristol Clinical Commissioning Group and provides a range of physical therapies to the Bristol community. The contract has recently been extended to reach more patients at an increased range of venues across the City.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a charity to provide a service for people who may not otherwise be able to afford therapy.

Due to personal, cultural, and religious choices and beliefs patients often specify the gender of practitioner they wish to be treated by. We want to build a small but diverse team to respond to this.

Purpose of the job:

1. 1. To deliver Physiotherapy treatments to a diverse adult community as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
   2. To maintain accurate and up to date paperwork and patients’ records to allow smooth running of the service
   3. To build and maintain strong relationships with the other therapists, Wellspring Settlement staff, and partners.
   4. To deliver a high quality service which will support the service to gain future commissioning
