Room hire
We have a range of room sizes for a variety of uses. Whether you're looking for somewhere to hold small meetings or counselling sessions, art, cookery or exercise classes, or a larger meeting or event, we can provide all the facilities you need.
We offer additional options to make your booking work for you, including hot drinks and biscuits, a projector, laptop, and a PA system. For full details of extras and room hire costs, please click here or use the green button below.
Our usual booking hours are Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 4.30pm. On Fridays our Wellspring Site is open for bookings from 8.30am to 4.30pm, our Settlement Site from 9am to 2.30pm.
If you would like to book a room outside of these hours, please contact our Bookings Team to discuss.
If you have any queries or would like to book a room, please contact our Bookings Team. Our Room Bookings inbox is monitored from 9.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday, and from 8.30am to midday on Fridays. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

A good sized space suitable for up to 25 people sitting or 40 people standing, which can be divided with a sliding door. Perfect for workshops or meetings, children’s or youth activities, or small social events. The Swannery space includes its own toilets and kitchen, along with tables and chairs, sofas, a smart screen and art sink.

A community space that can hold up to 15 people sitting or 25 standing with a children’s play corner. Perfect for meetings or small events and parties. A small adjoining kitchen can also be hired at an additional cost.

A large, airy room with a mirrored wall and sprung wooden floor, suitable for dance and exercise activities for groups of up to 16 people, and also meetings and small events of up to 30 people seated, or 45 people standing.
