Postnatal Rockabye  

During each hour-long session there is a facilitated space for you to talk about what it’s really like being a parent. We create a safe, non-judgemental, accepting atmosphere, where you can share how things are for you and your baby.

We then provide structured activities: sensory play, action songs, nursery rhymes, music and instruments. This gives you time to focus on your baby, have fun and nourish your connection.
