Parks 4 All

Parks 4 All is the first of many events to come, as part of a joint project between Your Park and a research team from the University of Bath looking into accessibility of urban green spaces in Bristol.

Meet our researcher Zina, who is working with us on our project “Parks 4 All!”. Come and learn how your community’s input can impact the designs of your local parks to make them more inclusive and inviting for members of the public, especially Black, Asian and Minoritised communities.

Not everyone feels comfortable in their local park and we are on a mission to find out why, and what can be done about that.

We will take action to change what we find.

This event is open to organisations who are passionate about making our parks safe and inclusive and can help us access the community to be a part of this project. Anyone who is interested in a small chat about this topic is more than welcome.
