Inspiring Women Series: Lisa Whitehouse

Come join Bristol Women’s Voice for the next Inspiring Women Talk with the fantastic Lisa Whitehouse from Interculture about late ADHD diagnosis!

Lisa, the Founding CEO of Interculture CIC will be sharing her own lived experience, discussing late ADHD diagnosis (diagnosed at 48), ADHD in women, the neuroscience, myths, harnessing the strengths, strategies for the struggles, Rejection Sensitivity, self medication, entrepreneurship and support that she has accessed since understanding how her brain works.

After her own personal journey of late diagnosis in 2023, Lisa is determined to spread awareness and help others through her work.

Since seeing a video in Dec 22 and realising what ADHD looked like in older women, Lisa got a private (NHS approved) diagnosis, has delivered 2 workshops on ADHD, spoken at IWD, and organised a 100 person event at the Malcolm X Centre. Come and hear about upcoming events and Intercultures project about getting more videos made by ADHDers in other languages, so they too can see themselves and help it all make sense.

By coming to this event you will:

• Find out more about ADHD in women

• Have a Q&A with Lisa at the end.
