Flex and flow – gentle movement for chronic pain

If you have lived with pain for 3 months or more, this course will help you learn coping mechanisms to manage pain, while practising gentle, healing movements. You will learn practical tips for sleep and nutrition during these relaxing, small group sessions, meeting others who also understand what you are living with. You may or may not have a diagnosis of what’s causing your pain, but everyone is welcome. The movements can be done sitting or standing – whichever feels best for you.
