What Will Barton Hill Look Like in 2050? Let’s Dream Big Together!
Want to have your say about the future of Barton Hill? We’re inviting young people from the neighbourhood to help imagine what life could look like here in 2050 – and to share your ideas with others in the community.
In separate creative sessions, one just for young people and one for people aged 55 and over, you’ll create your own vision of 2050, turning your ideas into artwork and stories with the help of talented artists.
Finally, we’ll bring everyone together in a session on January 17th – young people and adults – to share ideas, collaborate across generations, and create a bold vision for Barton Hill’s future.
Your ideas could help kickstart important conversations with community workers, local leaders, and decision-makers about what changes we can make now to improve Barton Hill for everyone.
There will be snacks and refreshments!

Sessions will be held at the Micro-Settlement, Ducie Road, BS5 0AX, and will run on:
- January 10th, 10.30am to 1pm
- January 10th, 3.30 to 6pm – youth session
- January 17th 3.30 to 6pm – all-ages session
