Nurturing Program

A free, 10-week course for parent of children aged 2 to 8 years to help you:

• Understand why children behave as they do
• Recognise the feelings behind the behaviour
• Explore different approaches to discipline
• Find ways to develop cooperation and self-discipline in children
• Learn the importance of looking after ourselves
