Buildings and Facilities Manager
The Buildings and Facilities Manager plays a key role in Wellspring Settlement, a community anchor organisation for Barton Hill. The role is responsible for making sure our buildings are safe, secure, welcoming and well managed so that they can serve the community of Barton Hill, our tenants and room hirers effectively and Wellspring Settlement can achieve maximum impact.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will oversee facilities, operations, health and safety, and building compliance while leading teams responsible for maintenance, site security, reception, cleaning and room bookings. Working collaboratively with other members of the team you will support the overall goals of the organisation being fulfilled.
Salary Band: Scale H points 34 –37 £35,302-£38,033 per annum (pro rata). Successful applicants start at the bottom of the scale.
Contract Term: Permanent, 28 hours per week
Holiday: 5 weeks plus all bank holidays
