Minibus hire
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS SELF-DRIVE ONLY, WE CANNOT PROVIDE A DRIVER
If you're planning a day trip with a group, you can hire our 17-seater (including driver) minibus! Drivers must have a clean licence, be over 25 and have a Category D1 on their driving licence. A copy of your licence and ID will be required. The cost of hire is £100 per day for general hire, or £75 per day for community groups, plus fuel, with a discount available for three days or more.
No additional insurance is required and you can arrange to test drive the minibus on request.

Room hire
We have a range of room sizes for a variety of uses. From one-to-one meetings to group exercise and larger classes, we can provide all the facilities you need.
Discounts may be available for community groups or activities that benefit local residents, please ask our Bookings Team.
The times our reception desks are covered has changed and we are hoping to keep most of our room bookings to within these times. This is to make sure anyone hiring one of our spaces is supported and has everything they need.
The reception times for both sites are Monday to Thursday, 9.00am to 3.00pm. Our Settlement Site, Ducie Road reception will be covered on Fridays from 9.00am to 2.00pm, there will be no reception cover at our Wellspring Site, Beam Street on a Friday.
If you would like to book a room outside these times, please still get in touch with our Bookings Team as we may still be able to accommodate you.

Tea, coffee, biscuits per person - half day £1.75, full day £3.50
Projector - £11.00
Laptop - £5.50
PA system - £16.00

The Terrace Room is the largest room (40 to 60 people) in the Lighthouse Building, with superb views over Bristol, and is very popular. There is a large balcony where people can take breaks on sunny days. Access is by the lift or stairs.
