Partnership Development Worker

Wellspring Settlement are seeking a Partnership Development Worker to take a lead role alongside Wellspring Settlement management team to identify and explore ways of collaborating and working in partnerships in the context of services, community buildings and community needs/aspirations;
• support the development and ongoing working relationships with key partner Bristol Somali Resource Centre and other tenants and local community organisations.
• Contribute to the development of the partnership strategy, including identifying key focus areas depending on community intelligence and identified gaps.
• Maximise opportunities for bringing benefit to local communities including through advocacy and influencing; and
• Identify and delivery the mechanisms, systems and policies to make the partnership work in practice.

his post will be 17.5 hours per week.

Scale F pts 26-29 £26,340- £29,214 per annum pro rata (successful applicants start at the bottom of the scale)

Holiday: 5 weeks (pro rata) per year plus all bank holidays
