Women’s mid-life health workshop

Perimenopause – the transition leading up to menopause – can bring about all sorts of surprises, from brain fog to hot flushes, to mood swings and disrupted sleep.

It is a perfectly natural and healthy part of a woman’s life, and not something to be feared or dreaded, as so many women sadly do.

Join us for a FREE fun, informative, and supportive workshop where we’ll demystify what’s happening in your body and explore how good food, movement and self-care can help you feel your best. We’ll also discuss how you can reduce your risk of long-term health issues like osteoporosis and heart disease.

Expect expert advice, open chats, a delicious lunch, and a hands-on food demo – plus, you’ll leave with simple, practical steps to take home.

This workshop is ideal for women in their 40s and 50s, but all are welcome to attend if you’re experiencing symptoms or are curious about the perimenopause.

10am to 2pm, Friday 28th February, Wellspring Site, Beam Street.
Free to attend but please register in advance by emailing hello@rebeccahills.uk
