Community Resilience Story-Making Workshops

Together, we create and share stories which celebrate our communities, identify their needs and envisage a world we want to see. Come alone or with a friend — we design the event, so everyone meets new people and leaves feeling more connected.

AIMS:

-Express challenging topics through creative activities
-Celebrate the strengths of our communities & understand their needs
-Meet, connect, and collaborate with creatives around a common goal

These workshops are apart of MaFia Weekend’s 9-month Community Resilience Story-Making programme. Drop-ins are very welcome. You can find out more about the programme on Linktree.

Open to people aged 18 or over. All attendees must book a ticket online via Headfirst. Tickets from £10. Open to any adult wanting to meet new people, create and listen to stories.

Warm vegan food included. Please contact us for other dietary requirements.

Sessions will take place from 6.15 to 9pm on the last Tuesday of every month in the Community Hall, Settlement Site, Ducie Road, BS5 0AX.
