Community Access Support Service (CASS) was a pioneering programme that ran from 2016 to 2023. The service worked with community, equality and faith groups to improve knowledge, confidence and awareness of mental health, and support available in Bristol.
CASS was delivered by a partnership between Knowle West Health Park, Southmead Development Trust and Wellspring Settlement on behalf of the NHS.
CASS produced lots of resources about mental health, which are available to download by clicking here. These were last updated in March 2023, and while some information about services may be out of date, the content should still be useful.

Creative Connections was an Art Research Project based at Wellspring Settlement which ran in November 2021 and March 2022.
Under-represented parents shared their experience of the pandemic and contributed to changes for all families to thrive in the future. The campaign based on this project ran in October 2022, and you can read more about this, and the policy paper that the project contributed to here.
West of England Works ended in 2023, and worked to support people into employment, education or training, get them job ready and improve their skills and confidence. The service was funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and the European Social Fund, and worked in partnership with Weston College and other partners across Bristol.
