Maintenance Worker – Caretaker
We are looking for a key person to work with a team of facilities staff to be responsible for the security of the Wellspring Settlement, carry out a programme of planned and response maintenance work, ensure Wellspring Settlement complies with its building compliance and health and safety duties.
- Location: Wellspring Settlement Sites in Barton Hill, Bristol.
- Contract: permanent
- Salary: £23,132 -£23,577 per annum pro rata (applicants start at the bottom of the scale).
- Hours: 34 hours per week to be worked Monday-Friday, must include 4-6pm and willingness to work flexibly and out of hours.
- Reports to: Buildings & Facilities Manager
- Holiday: 5 weeks annual leave (pro-rata) plus all bank holidays.
- Sick Pay: 6 weeks full pay, and 6 weeks ½ pay. over rolling year, pro-rata
- Training and Development Opportunities: All mandatory training and job-specific training are offered
- Pension Contribution: Pension Scheme, combined 8% (employer 3%, employee 5%)
