Wellbeing with Nature Course
The Community Garden at Strawberry Lane will be hosting a free, three-week course run by Avon Wildlife Trust this summer.
During these inspiring three sessions you will discover and learn about the natural world in a way that helps improve your physical and mental wellbeing. You will learn self-care techniques including nature based mindfulness, sit-spots and gratitude, and activities such as helping out on the garden, natural crafts to making bird feeders.
Sessions will run on June 28th, July 5th and July 12th, from 1.30 to 3.30pm.
